Pizzaria Nunzio in Rheinbach

Have eaten at Nunzio several times, were always satisfied. On Sunday we ordered 2 pizzas and a salad for the first time. If it took an hour, it would take 2 hours. Pizzas not even lukewarm, the Tonno salad is a cheek. The price was € 3 more than on the menu. No more !!!!!

Currently still by far the best pizza in Rheinbach and the surrounding area! Inside it is very small but cozy and outside the traffic is a bit annoying, but the friendly staff and the quality make me happy to go there again and again. I would never think of having one of these wafer-thin pizzas or a freshly tapped pilsner delivered to me!

preferably 0 stars waited 2 hours for order and then pizza was with onions although I wrote without onions and then pizza was no longer warm but slowly cold. not good this

We went to eat there yesterday. Everything is freshly prepared and it tastes very good. You are happy to accept a little waiting time. The staff is very friendly. Will eat there more often.

Unfortunately, I have to do it this way now. I was a regular customer at this pizzeria. I have ordered very often with my wife as the pizzas are good, at least when they arrive warm. I have accepted waiting times of up to an hour several times. Several times I overlooked wrong orders. No Parmesan here, forget the garlic here, etc. Can happen ... Everything OK ... The day before yesterday I invited my in-laws and told them about the great pizza. At 7 p.m. we ordered 4 pizzas by phone. So far so good. We were told it was very full and it took about 50 minutes. At 8.45 pm after 1 hour and 45 minutes I dared to call and ask what was going on. The mood of my guests was meanwhile very bad. It was said our order is going out next. So from Rheinbach to Merzbach ... takes a maximum of 5 to 7 minutes by car. I pointed out to the pizzeria in a somewhat brisk tone that they expect the food to be delivered here in the next quarter of an hour, otherwise I won't accept it anymore. I was confirmed to be hurrying. Another 40 minutes passed. I was really upset now and called again. Now the misery really started. They claim that they called me twice to tell me that it would take longer than 15 minutes (I would like to say that my cell phone was in the middle of the table, where 4 hungry people were already sitting). There is no call. No mailbox. NADA. Just a lie and a silly excuse. So now I was informed that this is why the order is no longer being delivered. I was briefly stunned on the phone and asked the manager. But he was not in the house and will definitely call me the next day to find a solution for this successful evening. But that didn't happen, of course. I think it's a shame but I will neither recommend Nunzio nor order a pizza there again. There are great pizzerias in a Rheinbach and today on a Friday my order was in Merzbach within 30 minutes. The pizzas are hot and tasty. It works like this too. It's a shame that you treat your guests like that. But be happy, so you have one less annoying customer who complains because he waits 2 hours for a pizza that is not even delivered in the end.

If you ever want to eat a really good pizza, go there. I've eaten a lot, but the dough alone ... a poem. Not huge this pizzeria, but really Italian. Family business, excellent cuisine. People, if you miss that, you will be really upset. They deliver in Rheinbach, if you want to eat there, please call ahead, an absolute insider tip. Were there tonight, pizza, tortellini, red wine salad, what a nice evening, a lot of Italians who eat there, you feel like you're in Italy with mom!

I always order through Lieferando and I have to say: the best pizza ever! Of course it can happen that the delivery takes longer, but that depends on the day you order. Nevertheless: the food is always hot on arrival, the drinks are always ice-cold and the quality is all delicious! People like to order here, because for the low price you always get a fabulous delicious meal! THANKS TO THE NUNZIO TEAM! By the way, the drivers are super friendly. You can hardly get to see it! If you want it to be Italian at home, call Nunzio. He is not only delivering, but also a cozy restaurant. This is important to me because I like to look at kitchens and like to know the people who prepare my food. Today I was very spontaneous, happily welcoming me here. I haven't regretted anything. Warmly received, a request was received. The white wine exactly as it should be. My spahetti with cream and cheese and mushrooms ... just great and right., Great visit at Nunzio .. Absolutely recommendable since the change of ownership (from 2020). All ingredients fresh and well selected. No local competition can keep up here at the moment. Price performance and service agree. A piece of Italy in the middle of Rheinbach. The only drawback: the herb butter. This could be individualized and refined in terms of taste. (you have nothing else to complain about)

The tastiest pizza far and wide. Dough is original like in Italy. Has rested for a long time and it tastes unique. The owners are always friendly and kind. Delicious.

We a family of 4 have just had a disaster. The food was delivered 1 1/2 hours late and only after 2 calls there. Then it was there, but the dishes were wrong. We had ordered something else. The pizza was cold. A hopeful evening ended with a really disappointed mood.

Tiny local, but managed by two Sicilian brothers who are of a friendliness that can only be found in Italy. A small corner of paradise in this remote country in Germany. The pizzas are excellent and the cuisine is no different !!!! Recommended
